Life happens! Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule with no problem. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee of $100 will apply.

As long as we have access to your home (key, code, etc.), you’re free to go about your day. Many of our clients aren’t home during their cleanings—it’s entirely up to you.
