Below are answers to the most common questions we get from clients.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have access to your home (key, code, etc.), you’re free to go about your day. Many of our clients aren’t home during their cleanings—it’s entirely up to you.

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Morris County of New Jersey. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with their own supplies and tools, so you don’t need to provide anything. However, if you prefer we use your products or equipment, we’re happy to accommodate—just let us know in advance.

What’s the difference between the Standard and the Deep Clean?
The Deep Clean is our recommendation for all first-time clients and includes a deeper, more detailed clean (think baseboards, interior windows, exterior of cabinets, doorframes). The Standard Clean is for regular maintenance after that. You can check the full checklist by clicking here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We totally understand—life happens. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule with no problem. For late cancellations or no-shows, a small fee may apply.

Are you insured and background-checked?
Absolutely. All of our cleaners are background-checked and our business is fully insured—so you can feel confident and protected.

Do you offer same-day or emergency cleanings?
Availability can vary, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Just give us a call to check.

Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Yes! We follow a checklist to make sure everything is covered, but we’re happy to adjust based on your space and preferences. Just let us know ahead of time.

Do you offer after-hours cleaning?
We do! After-hours service is available for commercial spaces and turnovers that need to be cleaned outside normal business hours.
